Dr. Gurunath Waghale is a Senior Assistant Professor at Sri Balaji University, Pune, with over 14 years of teaching experience in Economics and Management. He holds a PhD, an MBA, and an MA in Economics (Gold Medallist) and has qualified for SET in both Management and Economics. His academic and research expertise spans Banking and Finance, Women's Empowerment, and Behavioural Economics.

Dr. Waghale has published several research papers in Scopus-indexed journals, UGC CARE, peer-reviewed, and, holds two patents and five copyrights, and has contributed to books with reputed publishers such as Springer and IGI Global. He also holds multiple global certifications from PMI, Microsoft, Salesforce, and TCS iON. His teaching philosophy emphasises critical thinking, applied learning, and research-driven pedagogy to develop future-ready management professionals.
