The School of Commerce & Management (SCM), Sri Balaji University, Pune, is deeply committed to providing a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning environment for all its students. In line with UGC guidelines and university regulations, SCM follows a zero-tolerance policy towards ragging in any form—verbal, physical, or psychological. Ragging is strictly prohibited on campus, in hostels, and during any college-related activity, and strict disciplinary action is taken against those found guilty. 

To prevent such incidents and promote awareness, the institution regularly conducts orientation sessions, anti-ragging workshops, and sensitisation programs. These initiatives help students understand the consequences of ragging and encourage positive peer interactions. A dedicated anti-ragging committee and grievance redressal cell are in place to address any complaints promptly, ensuring confidentiality and fairness in the process
