Mr. Ajit Khankal is an Assistant Professor at the School of Commerce & Management, Sri Balaji University, Pune. He holds a Master's Degree in Physical Education, and he is a NET & SET qualified. He is pursuing a PhD in Physical Education from Savitribai Phule Pune University. He is a School Innovation Ambassador recognized by the Ministry of Education Innovation Cell and AICTE. He has 4 years of academia and 4 years of fitness industry experience. He has a research paper published in a peer-reviewed journal.

He has trained more than 100 fitness trainers and coaches. His areas of interest are test and measurement, strength and conditioning, and health and wellness. He was a state-level bodybuilder and university-level powerlifter and athlete. He is dedicated to the holistic development of the students.
