Raghunandan Shrivas is a research scholar in the field of commerce and management, possessing an MBA, M.Com, and having qualified for the MH-SET and UGC NET in both Commerce and Management. He is currently advancing his academic pursuits by working towards a Ph.D. in Total Quality Management (TQM) at Sant Gadge Baba Amravati University. He began his career as a Relationship Manager for mutual funds at Rainbow Financial Services Pvt. Ltd. and later transitioned to academia as a Lecturer at Takshashila Mahavidyalaya, Amravati. Subsequently, at Smt. Kesharbai Lahoti Mahavidyalaya, Amravati he served as Assistant Professor and was a member of the Career Guidance Committee for the BBA department. During his tenure at G H Raisoni University, he served as an Assistant Professor and Training and Placement Coordinator for the School of Management Studies, facilitating the successful placement of over 45 students within a year. Currently, he holds the designation of Assistant Professor and Training and Placement Coordinator for the BBA undergraduate program at Sri Balaji University, Pune, where he has adeptly provided internships for 137 students in span of 2.5 months.
