Assistant Professor Urmila Karale is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Commerce and Management and is affiliated with the School of Commerce & Management, Sri Balaji University, Pune (SBUP). She has qualified UGC-NET exam in Commerce and Management and possesses over 11 years of teaching experience in management education. 

She has undertaken key academic and administrative responsibilities, including roles as Class In-charge, Course Coordinator, LMS Coordinator, BOS Member, Event Organiser and Student Counsellor. She also has two years of industry experience as a freelance writer. Her academic interests lie in the areas of Commerce, Finance, Accounting and Management.
