Shweta Ghosh has been engaged as an Assistant Professor in English at Sri Balaji University, Pune, since March 2024. She holds an MA in English, is NET-qualified, and earned her BA (Hons.) in English. With prior experience in the content and editing industry, she brings both academic and practical insights to her classroom. 

Shweta teaches courses on English Language and Soft Skills, guiding students to realise their potential through a personalised, supportive approach. Her research interests lie in Digital Humanities and Memory Studies, and she has made significant contributions to her field with two published international patents. Outside of academia, she is a voracious reader and writer and has a deep appreciation for film critique and theatre. Shweta is always open to new learning experiences and thrives on curiosity-driven exploration.
