Prof. Rekha Kumar is a seasoned academic professional, currently holding the position of Vice Principal at the School of Commerce & Management, Sri Balaji University, Pune, India. In this role, she is responsible for overseeing the efficient operations of the school, with a focus on curriculum planning, development, and ensuring its effective execution.

With an MBA in Finance and over two decades of teaching experience, She has instructed a wide range of subjects at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. In addition to her academic duties, she serves as the IQAC coordinator for the School of Commerce & Management and is a member of the Board of Studies. Prof. Rekha Kumar has also contributed to the academic community by presenting numerous papers at national and international conferences
